My Intended Audience
My intended audience are my students and their parents.
Materials that I am going to post on my classroom blog
- I will post communication tools such as: contact forms, newsletters, and my email address.
- I will post assignments for my students such as: handouts, links to certain articles.
- I will post due dates for each assignments and also post how each student is doing throughout the year.
Purposes the materials will serve the students and their parents
the communication tools such as: contact forms, newsletters, and my email address will serve as tools for the students and parents so they can reach me ASAP. Posting assignments like handouts links to articles will help my students find an easy way to find and use these certain contents. Posting due dates for each assignments will help my students know when everything is due. Posting how my students are doing throughout the year will help each parents know where their child is at that point.
How will these functions benefit my intended audience?
This will be very time saving and informational. Another way of how these functions are beneficial is that students how are absent can log into the blog and see what they missed and what assignments they need to do and parents can understand what their child is working on. It also promotes conversation among students. Since we are in such a world where internet is such a big thing, this will help students understand and learn how to use different types of communication through the internet.
